Brian Cain and Christian Day invite you to submit a 75-minute class for WitchCon Online 2026: the World’s Largest Livestream Magical Conference, held Friday, February 20 to Sunday February 22, 2026. WitchCon Online is devoted to Witchcraft, Magic, Conjure, and Rootwork, and features over 100 practitioners from across the globe!
If we choose your presentation to be part of the program, we'll pay you $150 for your workshop and, as a presenter, you’ll get free access to all classes and performances live and on-demand after the event is over! We also pay commissions for tickets sold through your own unique payment link!
Presenting at WitchCon is not guaranteed. Priority is given to presenters who submit their workshops the earliest and offer the most compelling subjects. Once we receive all applications, we will review content and send approvals within two weeks of March 31, 2025.

Have a Microphone and Camera
You must have either a built-in or external microphone and webcam. Get one on Amazon.com!
You Must Have the latest Chrome Browser or Crowdcast app for iOS or Android
The Crowdcast we use works best on Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop. For iOS or Android devices, the Crowdcast App is preferred. It is best to have the latest version!

Get the Crowdcast app for your Android smart phone or tablet on the Google Play App store.
If you have an iOS device such as iPhone or iPad, download the Crowdcast Mobile App from the App store.
Have headphones handy. If you hear feedback, it’s likely that your device’s audio is feeding back into your mic. Use headphones to prevent this.
Check browser permissions. If your browser can’t connect to your camera or mic, here are instructions on how to update your browser permissions.
Mac users: check your system settings if you need to share your screen. If you need to share your screen, you may need to grant access through your system settings. Here are instructions on how to do this.

PRESENTER COMPENSATION

$150 Presenter Honorarium
Presenter will receive $150 to present a workshop, payable within two weeks upon completion of Event.
Entry for Presenter to all WitchCon Online 2026 Workshops and Performances
Presenter will have access to every aspect of the WitchCon Online 2026 event and will have access to all on-demand recordings of workshops after the event.
Sales Commissions For Ticket Sales
Presenter will be provided graphics and blurbs with a unique link and QR code to share to socials and websites. When someone purchases a ticket through that link, the presenter earns $20! Whoever sells the most tickets through their link will get a special bonus of $500!*

PRESENTER EXPECTATIONS

One Livestream Workshop or Performance, 75 Minutes in Length
Presenter shall provide title and description for one workshop or performance, to be 75 minutes in length. The conference and its workshops will be available for indefinite on-demand viewing for registrants of the event. Each presenter will have their own moderator helping through the technical aspects of the class.
Monthly Social Media Shares
Presenter shall share their WitchCon Workshop page once per month to their various social media platforms. We also offer optional social profile pics for each presenter to use in the month leading up to the event and offer commissions for sales. Social media shares are a big factor in who we bring back year to year.
Change Profile Pics for 30 Days Prior to Event
Presenter shall change their profile pic on their main social media platofrms to a WitchCon Online 2026branded photo of themselves for 30 days prior to the event. You will also be provided with a caption with a link that will earn you $20 for every ticket sold through it!
