In this immersive class, Father Sebastiaan guides participants through the three primary planes of existence—the Physical, the Ethereal (often called the Veil), and the Astral—revealing how these realms interact, overlap, and influence our daily lives.

We begin with the Physical Plane, the tangible world of matter, sensation, and action, establishing a foundation for understanding where consciousness is anchored. From there, we move into the Ethereal Plane, the liminal space between worlds where energy, spirit, and unseen presences reside—a realm long associated with ghosts, intuition, and magical workings. Finally, we journey into the Astral Plane, the expansive realm of consciousness, dreams, projection, and higher awareness, where time and space behave very differently.

Drawing from esoteric tradition, spiritual practice, and lived experience, Father Sebastiaan offers insight into how to recognize these planes, safely perceive them, and understand your own experiences within them. This class is ideal for seekers, practitioners, and the simply curious who wish to deepen their understanding of metaphysical reality and their place within it.
